About the Role:

• Successful end-to-end delivery of software projects, encompassing planning, execution, and post-implementation support, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to software delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Land and expand ownership - Identification of new valued added service offerings that drive follow-on service orders and revenue from existing customers.
• Digital Transformation - Lead strategic discussions and events for larger projects, facilitating multi-site deployment plans.
• As assigned, represent the company at events, conferences, and other functions
• Continuous upskilling of the Delivery Team from an industry and product expertise perspective
• As assigned, effectively manage resources (people, budget, and time) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Have a keen understanding of the skills required for various projects and be proactive in building a skilled and motivated team.
• Align and support organization / functional objectives with respect to planning and managing resources (people, budget, technology) to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the successful delivery of projects or products.
• Be the trusted advisor for the internal delivery team and leverage strong influential skills to drive adoption of the product without customization
• Deliver on the functional & organizational goals for team members, aligning with business priorities.
• Provide consistent coaching and development opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment built on ValGenesis values.
• Cultivate a work environment that empowers high performance for the delivery team as assigned and support regional / global team.
• Support pre-sales efforts through scoping discussions, effort estimates, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives and developing Statements of Work (SOWs) for customers and presenting implementation services to prospects.
• Implement, assess and continually improve delivery governance frameworks, project health reviews, and standardized reporting.
• Spearhead, assess and coach the delivery team to progressively enhance the life science industry specific knowledge and subject matter expertise.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of ValGenesis software products and implementation processes.
• Support and minimize team turnover and cultivate a strong cultural environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.

• 8+ years of experience in software implementation and/or pharma related consulting services in the areas of CQV, CSV/CSA, Process Validation and/or Cleaning Validation and/or life sciences industry in the herein mentioned areas.
• Experience in leading Delivery and/or Professional Services Organizations, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding project goals and building strong client relationships.
• Adaptability in fast-moving, non-planned project situations
• Champion continuous improvement and learning
• Strong leadership skills, with people management experience for 4+ years would be beneficial
• Proven track record of experience in managing and delivering complex projects within the Life Sciences industry and/or digital transformation roles with demonstrated experience of implementing software in a regulated life sciences industry.
• A master's degree in a relevant field (computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology, Pharmacy etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively as well as identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SaaS product operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Flexible and open to change, embraces innovation, and can pivot strategies when necessary.
• Excellent negotiation skills - must be skilled in resolving conflicts constructively and finding mutually beneficial solutions in various situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in national and regional languages will be a plus
