HR INTERN (6-MONTH INTERNSHIP)

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC), Maharashtra

Stipend: 10,000 / month

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: Flexible

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern for a 6-month internship. Approximately 80% of the role will involve end-to-end recruitment, while the remaining 20% will support HR operations. You will get hands-on exposure across hiring, onboarding, and general HR tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

A. Recruitment ( 80%)

  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, etc.
  • Source candidates through Naukri portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes/applications against job requirements and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, face-to-face) with candidates and hiring managers
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and follow up with candidates.

B. HR Operations ( 20%)

  • Doing background verification of selected candidates.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR policies, templates, procedures
  • Assist internal HR communications (mailers, notices, announcements)

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • Candidates residing in / near PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad)
  • Familiarity with HR / Recruitment tools - Naukri
