We are looking for a data-driven, fashion-savvy Performance Marketing Manager – Marketplaces to lead our paid media strategy across key online marketplaces, with a core focus on fashion footwear. You will manage performance campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, and others to drive product visibility, scale revenue, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate understands both the performance marketing mechanics and the visual and seasonal nature of fashion retail in footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Advertising & Performance Management

Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Partner Ads (MPA), AJIO Ads, etc.

Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and display campaigns for new launches, seasonal collections, and top sellers.

Build campaign structures aligned to gender, seasonality, pricing tiers, and product types (sneakers, heels, sandals, boots, etc.).

Budgeting & ROI Optimization

Own marketplace advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS and controlling ACoS.

Continuously analyze performance to reallocate budget toward best-performing product lines, creatives, and keywords.

Fashion-Specific Merchandising & Ad Targeting

Align paid campaigns with seasonal drops, promotions (EOSS, festive sales), and influencer-led launches.

Work closely with the merchandising team to push priority SKUs and high-margin product lines.

Use lifestyle and performance creatives that reflect the brand's aesthetic and appeal to fashion-forward consumers.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

Analyze campaign data using Amazon Brand Analytics, Myntra/Flipkart dashboards, and internal BI tools.

Report on KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, and cost per acquisition, with category-level breakdowns.

Provide insights into product performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketplace account managers to unlock beta features, promotional placements, and brand visibility tools.

Work with content, design, and photography teams to develop high-converting creatives and product visuals.

Partner with inventory and demand planners to sync ad push with stock availability and sell-through goals.
