Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive/Manager in the Higher Education domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, generating new leads, developing strong relationships, and achieving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the Higher Education sector through market analysis, networking, and online sources.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, and professional networking.
  • Present and promote the companys products and services to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely processing of orders and smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM tools and databases.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and execution to support organizational goals.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in B2B sales within the Higher Education, EdTech, or Institutional Sales domain.
