Core Duties:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for products or services.
- Creating and developing brand awareness.
- Planning and coordinating advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and event activities.
- Writing, proofreading, and producing marketing content including brochures, ads, videos, blog posts, and social media.
- Running social media accounts and digital marketing activities.
- Organizing and attending promotional events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions.
- Sourcing and managing advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Liaising with external creative agencies, designers, and printers.
- Conducting market research through surveys, focus groups, and competitor analysis.
- Updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM systems.
- Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and reporting to management.
- Managing budgets and ensuring marketing activities align with business goals.
Developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

- Flexibility & Stress Management: Adapting to changing priorities and working under pressure.
- Numeracy: Handling budgets and interpreting marketing data.
Additional: Foreign language skills may be beneficial for multinational companies.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background
- Usually open to graduates from any discipline.
- Degrees or higher qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Psychology, IT, or related fields are advantageous.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing - CIM) can boost prospects.
- Marketing apprenticeships and short courses are also valuable pathways.
- Experience
- Entry typically starts at marketing assistant or junior marketing executive levels.
- Relevant internships, placements, or part-time marketing work preferred.
