Marketing Executive

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA is a plus.

Experience: years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for events and promotions in and around Bhopal.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to produce

Event Management: Plan and organize promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of events.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, gathering feedback and insights to improve products and services.

Implement customer loyalty programs to increase repeat business.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with promotional activities and materials.

Monitor sales performance and provide support to achieve sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
