Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales activities. This role involves a combination of office-based coordination tasks and field-based execution, ensuring smooth marketing operations and effective product promotion in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:Office Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, product brochures, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product management teams for marketing strategies.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and database updates for marketing activities.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to support planning.
  • Handle communication with vendors, distributors, and internal departments.
  • Support in organizing campaigns, medical camps, conferences, and doctor engagement activities.

Field Responsibilities:

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors to support product promotion.
  • Assist the field sales/marketing team in executing marketing plans.
  • Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional events.
  • Conduct surveys to gather real-time market insights.
  • Ensure proper visibility of brand promotional materials at field locations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for field assignments.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work both in the office and in the field as per business needs.
  • Positive attitude, learning mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
