The Role:

The role: 

Earn up to $12,000 per month (depending on experience) as a Marketing Firm Executive Assistant at Venture Smarter. In this position, you will assist the marketing department's leadership by managing various administrative and marketing-related tasks.

What the job entails:

  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the creation and management of marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the organization and updating of marketing content across various platforms.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Help manage marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Ideal Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
