Education and qualifications:

  • Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance preferably      CA -Inter; Work experience: Candidates should have 4-+ years of relevant work experience in the audit, assurance, or taxation fields OR  
  • Qualified Chartered Accountants /ACA, should have completed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course from a recognized institution. Work experience: Candidates should have 0-3 years of relevant work experience in the audit, assurance, or taxation fields. Experience working with a CA firm is preferred.
Knowledge and skills:

Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, auditing standards, taxation laws and regulations, and financial reporting. They should also possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Job responsibilities:

The job responsibilities for Associate/Executives in Audit, Assurance, and Taxation may include:

  • Conducting financial audits, reviews, and compilations of client's financial statements
  • Preparing tax returns and providing tax planning advice to clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Assisting in the preparation of audit and tax reports
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Assisting in the development of audit and tax strategies
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior staff
Other requirements:

Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
