The Role: The qualified applicant will collaborate closely with senior accountants in Australian to offer extensive tax guidance, prepare tax filings, financial reports, year-end adjustments, Division 7A loan agreements, ATO audits, ensure payroll compliance, conduct XERO account review, provide XERO training, and complete tasks within the given deadlines while maintaining work papers in accordance with our standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Able to speak English. Good English communication skill (both written and verbal)
  • 2 year + experience in working for Australian Accounting firm
  • Work closely with Australian team (7 CA and CPA) and complete assigned work accurately and in a timely manner. Preparing year-end work papers for review by the senior accountant.
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
  • Independently prepare tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Companies &Trust.
  • good knowledge in XERO
  • prepare Financial statement and various accounting task
  • Prepare payroll reports, payslips and do timely STP reporting.
  • Manage diverse client portfolio medium to large businesses.
  • Assisting principal in tax planning and researching of practical solutions on various taxation issues for client.
  • Assisting client with ad-hoc enquiries in a timely and efficient man
  • Professional bookkeeping on accounting software such as Xero and Myob
