Job Description

We are seeking a Benefits Intern – Customer Support to assist with healthcare-related client and patient communications. The role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, taking accurate notes, and supporting insurance eligibility verification and basic medical billing tasks. Strong communication, problem-solving, and learning agility are key to success in this position. Knowledge of medical billing or eligibility verification is a strong plus. This position requires working in the night shift aligned with U.S. hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve queries professionally.
  • Accurately document conversations and maintain records.
  • Assist with eligibility verification and basic medical billing when needed.
  • Manage challenging situations calmly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to the healthcare domain.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner, eager to develop new skills.
  • Knowledge of medical billing or eligibility verification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).
