About the Role

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN Stack, , mobile app development, and cloud-native microservices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack applications using modern web and cloud technologies. You will work across the entire product lifecycle from architecture to deployment ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop microservices-based applications using and

- Build modern, dynamic, and responsive user interfaces using and with server-side rendering (SSR).

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native or equivalent frameworks.

- Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB for performance and scalability.

- Manage cloud infrastructure and automate deployments using AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3), Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage Git repositories, and support DevOps best practices.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, fault tolerance, and application scalability.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps, and QA) to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Microservices Architecture (core requirement)

- MERN Stack MongoDB, , ,

- with Server-Side Rendering (SSR)

- Mobile App Development React Native or equivalent

- PostgreSQL (advanced proficiency)

- AWS EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation

- Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

- CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Integration with AI APIs or real-time streaming tools like Kafka / Redis

- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Serverless frameworks

- Exposure to Metaverse / 3D / AR / VR technologies

- Knowledge of micro-frontends or modular scalable architectures

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with large-scale web or mobile applications.

- Proven experience in cloud-first, microservices-driven environments.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and system design capabilities.

- Ability to lead technical initiatives and contribute to long-term architectural strategy.
