About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our core development team. This role bridges architecture and feature delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the codebase is scalable, modules are implemented to spec, and mid-level devs follow best practices.

You'll work hands-on across the stack (frontend and backend) while providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship. This is a pivotal role that ensures our engineering team executes efficiently while laying the foundation for scaling into a world-class SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as day-to-day technical lead for the dev team
  • Design and document the application architecture (modules, DB schemas, APIs, integrations).
  • Own and maintain the technical architecture plan to ensure scalability and multi-tenancy.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect to align application design with cloud infra.
  • Anticipate scaling risks and propose solutions early. Own low-level architectural decisions (folder structure, module patterns, API conventions, DB schemas).
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect (DevOps/Cloud) to implement high-level architecture in code.
  • Write and maintain production-quality code across frontend ) and backend ).
  • Build and oversee core SaaS modules (Auth, Dashboard, Onboarding, Automation Engines).
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor developers.
  • Ensure test coverage, CI/CD integration, and code quality across repos.
  • Support AI/ML integrations by coordinating with AI/ML Engineer and Prompt Engineer.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure sprint deliverables are met. Ensure Implementation of Front end and backend features using , Python, and Postgres/MongoDB.
  • Integrate APIs and support AI/ML workflows across modules.
  • Repo setup (GitHub/GitLab),
  • Enforce coding standards, testing coverage, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect on system design and DevOps workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality, sprint-ready code with an Agile mindset.

Requirements

  • 7+ years full-stack development experience (SaaS platforms preferred).
  • Strong in , , Python.
  • Experience with databases (Postgres, MongoDB) and API design.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong grasp of scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Team Lead in an Agile team.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English Speaking, Excellent communication and ability to manage a distributed team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹85,000.00 per month
