We are a growing tech startup building a global platform for digital creators. Our web app, , is currently in beta and already attracts over 8,000 users per day worldwide. We have been developing the platform consistently for the past two years, and our primary focus has been on creating a world class product experience for our users.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and self driven UGC Video & Content Creator to help us communicate our story, showcase product updates, and build brand awareness through engaging content. You will ideate, script, record, and edit short form videos and image posts for YouTube and Instagram that highlight new features, improvements, and tutorials. This is a full time remote position with flexibility, where you will collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams.

Working Hours:

Standard hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

Create short form videos (15–90 seconds) for YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.

Design clean and visually appealing static image posts for Instagram and YouTube community updates.

Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for product focused videos.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand new releases and plan content calendars.

Take approvals before publishing and refine content based on feedback.

Present confidently on camera in fluent English with clear articulation.

Maintain a professional setup with good lighting and sound.

Add light motion graphics, transitions, and on screen elements to enhance storytelling.

Regularly brainstorm creative ideas to promote features, tutorials, and updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating video and image content for YouTube and Instagram.

Excellent spoken English and on camera presence.

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in editing and motion tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).

Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.

Access to a well lit recording setup and quality audio equipment.

Full time availability, ability to work independently without constant supervision, and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points:

Background in SaaS, explainer videos, or tech based storytelling.

Familiarity with social media content strategy and performance metrics.

Compensation:

This is a full time position with a fixed monthly compensation of ₹20,000, based on clear content deliverables every month. The expected output includes:

• 15 short form videos (YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels)
• 5 long form videos (for YouTube)
• 30 static posts (for Instagram and YouTube community tab)

Our main budget is currently allocated toward product development and infrastructure as the platform continues to scale globally. While the pay is fixed for now, we value long term collaboration and professional growth. As the platform expands, there will be significant opportunities for career advancement and increased compensation. Exceptional performers who demonstrate leadership and creativity may also have the opportunity to grow into senior roles, including a potential promotion to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in the future.
