Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with our brand's vision and engages our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting or online distribution.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Utilize various software tools including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to create high-quality video content.
  • Incorporate graphics, motion graphics, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to enhance storytelling.
  • Perform color correction and audio mixing to ensure the final product meets professional standards.
  • Manage the post-production workflow, including organizing files, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring all assets are properly archived.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in video production and editing techniques to continually improve skills and output quality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
  • Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Maya or Cinema 4D is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for organizing video assets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
