The founders have also built , a venture studio focused on nurturing blockchain-based products.The founders bring real skin in the game, not just ideas, but real execution. You'll be working directly with:

• A former venture capitalist who has deployed $10M+ in early-stage startups across South Asia.
• A Web3 operator who helped European football clubs build fan-engagement platforms from scratch, and launched dozens of successful token launches for brands such as Atari and
• A team that has launched global products, raised capital, and built communities across Web2 and Web3.

Where we come from mattersBefore building VibeSquad, our founders helped shape India's Web3 ecosystem:

• They built , a pioneer community known for its successful launch and growth of major blockchain networks such as Binance, CoinDCX, Zilliqa, Polygon, ConSenSys, Stellar, Cosmos, and many others since 2016.
• They also run , a venture studio nurturing crypto based products. Additionally, we organise cohort-based programs to enable investments into promising community-driven initiatives in India

All this to say, you won't just be working at a startup. You'll be working with people who've been shaping ecosystems and know how to build from zero to one.

Job Description

We're looking for a UGC Content Creator with 10K–50K followers and an engaged, fashion-forward audience. Your content should resonate with a high-end, luxury-loving community and authentically reflect the brand's aesthetic. Must have a proven track record of sharing fashion content that connects with real, style-conscious users.

Key highlights:

• Create high-quality user-generated content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with campaigns.
• Showcase products/services in a natural, authentic, and relatable way.
• Understand and stay updated on current social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
• Engage with followers and create content that encourages interaction.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content quality

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to create visually appealing, authentic content.
• Good photography and videography skills (smartphone or DSLR)
• Familiarity with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Creative mindset with storytelling ability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in UGC creation or influencer marketing is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
