Role & responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
 - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
 - Assist customers in booking processes, ensuring all necessary documents are collected.
 - Coordinate the signing of agreements and contracts.
 - Maintain accurate records of client transactions and property details.
 - Monitor customer payment schedules and send reminders for pending payments.
 - Ensure timely collection of instalments and coordinate with the finance team for updates.
 - Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
 - Address grievances related to property handover, amenities, or documentation.
 - Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
 - Work closely with the sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
 - Provide customers with updates on project status, possession timelines, and other developments.
 - Update and maintain customer data in CRM software.
 - Generate reports and analyze customer data to improve engagement strategies.
 
Preferred candidate profile:
- 1-2 years of experience real estate industry.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
 - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
