About the RoleAs the City Manager, you'll lead operations for all kitchens in your city. You'll own everything from performance and profitability to team leadership and customer experience. If you enjoy building and scaling things from the ground up — this role is for you.
What You'll OwnOperations & Kitchen ExcellenceManage daily operations across all kitchens (PODs) in your city
Ensure highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and SOP adherence
Optimize for speed, quality, and kitchen throughput
Team Building & PerformanceHire, lead and develop kitchen managers and teams
Drive team KPIs, conduct reviews and maintain high morale on-groundP&L & Financial MetricsOwn the city-level P&L — drive revenue, manage costs, and maximize margins
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and key metrics to stay ahead
Vendor & Inventory ControlOversee vendor relationships and supply planning
Implement systems to minimize waste and control food cost
Customer DelightWork with central teams to solve escalations
Act on feedback and insights to improve NPS and delivery experience
Launches & ExpansionPartner with expansion teams to identify and launch new locations
Ensure smooth rollout and handover of new kitchens
Compliance & ReportingEnsure regulatory and licensing compliance across kitchens
Share weekly/monthly dashboards with leadership on ops, finance and people
What We're Looking For7–10 years of experience in F&B/QSR/operations-heavy environments
Strong people management and P&L ownership background
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Hustler mindset with a sharp bias for execution
