Executive- Sr. Executive.. Fleet Management

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily fleet operations, including assignment and dispatch of reefer trucks.
  • Coordinate with drivers throughout the day to monitor trip status, delays, or route changes.
  • Maintain accurate movement logs for each vehicle, including start/end times, routes, delivery status, and idle times.
  • Use GPS tracking tools to monitor vehicle location and status in real time.
  • Communicate directly with customers to provide live updates on their shipment status, ETAs, and any unexpected delays.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport operations, or customer service in a logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with reefer trucks and cold chain operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills in English and [regional language if needed] to coordinate with both drivers and clients.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
