HR Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate (Operations) with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UK HR documentation and compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring our HR documentation aligns with current UK employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, onboarding packs, and termination documents
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration, with a strong focus on UK HR documentation
- Solid understanding of UK employment law, right-to-work requirements, and GDPR compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA graduates
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site or remote working environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
