Product Overview:

VedCool is an all-in-one, cloud-based school management software designed specifically for Indian schools. It simplifies daily operations such as attendance, fee management, exams, transport, and parent-teacher communication. With 24/7 support and secure data handling, VedCool helps schools operate more intelligently and efficiently.

Role Summary:

We're looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive business growth. You will identify prospects, present product demos, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through field visits and networking
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver product demonstrations
  • Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Report daily sales activities and market insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales or direct client-facing roles (B2B/B2C preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with daily travel and field visits
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
  • CRM knowledge (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is desirable
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude
