Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Nagpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing project delivery, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves regular client communication, project management, problem-solving, and coordination with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Project management experience and problem-solving abilities to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the power transmission and distribution or lighting industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
