As a Business Analyst, you will work on projects delivering technical value and expertise to HPE's large customer base right from the start. You will have the opportunity to take part in the design and delivery of technological solutions tailored to meet customers' needs. You will also directly support customers on technical challenges, expanding your own technical knowledge and investing in building and maintaining effective customer relationships. Customer satisfaction will be your top priority. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work independently or in a team on the solution to the customer technical challenges
- Work independently or across teams to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Participate in a chosen technical community or profession to continuously expand your technical knowledge, business acumen, and professional network
What you need to bring:
Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering – BE, BTECH or Equivalent.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Application Development
- Must have Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Application development using Microsoft Power Platform, Sharepoint, jQuery, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
- Must have Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Python
- Must have at least 1-2 years leading a Technical Forum / Communities such as Application Development using MS Technologies (e.g. .Net / SharePoint / AI / Database)
- Must have excellent Communication Skills to work with multi-national stakeholders such as Developers, business analysts, Business Stakeholders and Leadership teams
- Should have good experience and exposure on MS Excel, VBA macros etc.
- Should have hands on excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate the same efficiently
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders like Developers, business analysts, and business Stakeholders
- Typically worked on following technologies but not limiting to:
JavaScript, jQuery, C#, CSS 3, HTML 5,Power Apps, Power Flows, MS Flows, SharePoint JSOM, CSOM, AngularJS, MS Excel and worked on application development .NET technologies is advantageous

- Be a Quick learner of New Technologies and become hands on very fast
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work in projects with tight schedule keeping project's success is the only goal all the time.
- Approach new technologies and assignments with a positive, opportunistic "can-do" attitude; willingness to take ownership of issues and assignments.
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills including telephony skills, email etiquette the ability to win confidence from customers and other stakeholders
- Strong written communications skills; ability to listen and take action, attention to detail and customer-care.
- Ability to recognize risks and advise appropriate company resource for mitigation.
- Strong organizational, time management skills with keen attention to detail.
