About the Role:

We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Growth Hacker to help us scale rapidly. You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, using experimental approaches to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

As a growth hacker, your mission is simple: find scalable ways to grow the business using low-cost, high-impact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run growth experiments to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and optimize key growth funnels (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
  • Analyze user data and customer behavior to uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, social media, content, referral programs, partnerships, etc.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to implement growth loops, viral features, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc., for data analysis and reporting.
  • Own key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends and hacks in digital marketing and startup growth
