Job Description :The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the design and execution of growth strategies to onboard one million SMBs onto JustBilling, making it the go-to retail app for Bharat. This role blends data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation, requiring close collaboration with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Growth Experiments & Acquisition

  • Run growth experiments across SEO, SEM, app stores, influencer partnerships, referral programs, and affiliates.
  • Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels and growth levers.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Analyze funnel performance (installs activation retention paid subscription).
  • Launch and optimize A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, campaigns, and in-app flows.
  • Reduce drop-offs and maximize conversions at every stage of the funnel.

Requirements / What Were Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS or SMB-focused products preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in funnel optimization, acquisition strategies, and marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude).

Mindset & Approach

  • A hustler with a builder mindsetable to experiment, fail fast, and scale successes.
  • Strong analytical orientation balanced with creative instincts.
  • Outcome-driven with ownership of results, not just campaigns.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, Engineering).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
