Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for a creative, lifestyle-oriented professional to lead brand initiatives .The role demands an eye for detail, strong marketing acumen, and a passion for the beauty & grooming industry.
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and guide social media/digital content in collaboration with agencies and the training team
- Develop communication strategies, marketing collateral, and photo shoot concepts for new program launches
- Drive category-specific programs such as Bridal, Hair Colouring, Waxing, etc.
- Create engaging content for GT Radio, SMS campaigns, and PR (print & digital)
- Coordinate brand participation in high-visibility, imagery-building events
- Manage chatbot and agency interactions for digital, PR, and advertising activities
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in marketing (B2C domain)
- Prior exposure to FMCG, Fashion Retail, or Services Retail industries
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Regular salon-goer, well-groomed, and deeply lifestyle-oriented
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with digital marketing tools will be an added advantage
