Business Development & Sales Manager – Agentic AI (India-based, US Market Focus)

LegalGraph AI is an AI-powered contract management platform for transactional and corporate legal teams. We deliver pre-built, customizable agents for redlining, clause extraction, multi-contract analysis, and automated risk detection—deployable in minutes, not months.
Unlike legacy CLM platforms, LegalGraph allows lawyers to build their own AI agents in plain English—turning their judgment and playbooks into living, automated workflows.
We are now expanding outbound sales and are looking for a
hunter based in India
to target and close US customers.
Role Overview
This is a
pure hunting role
. You will prospect, open doors, and close deals with US-based enterprise buyers. Success means building and owning pipelines, hitting aggressive revenue targets, and moving LegalGraph from early traction to scale.
You will:
- Prospect into US accounts -
cold calls, LinkedIn, outbound sequences, networking.
- Run the full cycle remotely -
from first outreach to signed contract.
- Tailor and deliver demos
that show ROI and urgency for GCs, legal ops, and corporate counsel.
- Beat aggressive targets
- net-new ARR is your north star.
- Refine outbound playbooks
that work across time zones and decision-maker profiles.
- Act as the face of LegalGraph in US conversations
- via Zoom pitches, events, and webinars.
What You'll Do
- Hunt & close: Own outbound motion for the US market, working US time zones as needed.
- Build pipeline: Take us from 10 to 100+ enterprise customers.
- Drive urgency: Use ROI calculators, objection handling, and strong closing tactics.
- Evangelize: Position LegalGraph as the "last piece of legal tech" to US enterprises.
- Collaborate: Partner with founders to refine GTM and messaging for US buyers.
What You Need (Mandatory)
- 4+ years of
B2B enterprise sales / BD experience
with strong outbound focus.
- Demonstrated ability to
sell remotely into US/Western markets
.
- Proven
hunter DNA
– consistent record of prospecting and closing net-new SaaS or enterprise deals.
- Comfort selling into
legal buyers
(in-house counsel, legal ops, or adjacent complex enterprise SaaS).
- Willingness to work
flexible hours aligned to US time zones
.
- Strong written & spoken English for engaging US decision-makers.
Bonus Points
- Legal tech or CLM sales experience.
- Experience taking an early-stage SaaS from 0→1 or 1→100 customers.
- Familiarity with compliance-heavy industries (finance, pharma, IT services).
- Track record of beating quota in outbound-driven roles.
