About the Role
We are urgently looking for a responsible and tech-savvy Operations & Virtual Support Executive to take over Pretzie's day-to-day operational duties. The candidate will act as the coordination hub for scheduling, chat management, and backend support tasks — ensuring smooth communication and workflow across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Manage company-wide calendars and coordinate meetings.
Track appointments, set reminders, and follow up with teams.
Chat & Communication Orchestration
Monitor internal Telegram and other communication channels.
Take calls, respond to basic queries, and route messages promptly.
Keep chat logs organized and escalate important matters to management.
Operational Support
Assist in verifying client subscriptions and accounting records.
Create and track tickets for operational or tech-related issues.
Perform basic remote checks via AnyDesk / TeamViewer.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain spreadsheets and reports.
Take meeting notes and share actionable summaries.
Handle ad-hoc tasks such as file organization and data tracking.
Weekend Monitoring
Be active on chat during weekends for urgent routing, tracking, or communication.
Requirements
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience in operations, virtual assistance, or tech support preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and communication tools.
Comfortable with remote tools and troubleshooting basics.
Reliable, quick learner, and proactive attitude.
Work Setup
Option 1: Full-time (Monday–Sunday; with weekday compensatory offs)
