Section Incharge

Job Role:

Machine shop maintenance Section Incharge (Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime). Section inventory is maintained & 100% Budget utilization. ISO audit responsibility. Manpower training & development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Section management
• Spare parts planning & procurement; Budget preparation & control
• Preventive maintenance planning & execution;
• Troubleshooting in JTEKT grinding machines, NTC/Howa/Enshu machining centers, Marposs Measuring systems ,Giken make Gantry transfer systems.
• Maintenance of m/cs and equipments in machine shop consisting of various m/cs like facing and centering, milling, turning, drilling, deep drilling, boring, hyd presses, grinding m/cs, chamfering, machining centers (vertical & horizontal), lapping, leak testing m/cs, press fitting m/cs etc
• He should be both technically & theortically proficient
• B/d analysis and countermeasures
• Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR , why-why analysis etc
• Should have good communication & presentation skills .

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of mechnical assy drawings. He should be able to read blue print drawing and based on this should be able to open machine sub assemblies
• Good knowledge of machining centers & SPM's spindle assy, their trouble shooting & fault fixing
• Good knowledge of rotory table, auto tool changers, ball screw assy, m/c slides etc.
• Good Knowledge about Turret, Spindles Assembly (BT40/HSK), Drawbar, collet, Ball screws replacement, Slides Repairing, Bearings, Machine Overhauling.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic system including various type of hyd power packs,pumps, cylinders, solenoids etc and their maintenance
• Good knowledge of gear box and m/c jig / fixtures maintenance
• Good knowledge of lubrication system
• Good knowledge of pnuematic system, valves, cylinders

**Knowledge of CNC (Fanuc, Siemens, Bosch Rexroth), PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens), AC Drives & other Electrical systems; Basic Hydraulic, Lubrication, Pneumatic, Filteration, Transmission,

• Latest maintenance techniques, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and control.
• Knowledge of machining processes.
• Well versed in computer skills, with experience in ERP, Knowledge about SAP.
• ISO 9000,ISO 14000 audit documentation.
• Ability to prioritize & deploy resources, coordinate with production & production engineering.
• Good leader ship skill and team motivating skill
• Analytical to analyze performance issues both from machines & man
• Able to impart technical & soft skill training to subordinates.
