Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential customers, establish relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and convert them into customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentation & Negotiation:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Close deals and ensure sales targets are met.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to improve sales strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven sales experience (typically 2-3 years in a similar role).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
