Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Executive Sales professional in the real estate domain to join our Mumbai team on a full-time basis. The candidate should have a work experience of 1 to 3 years. The role involves managing client relationships, networking, and devising sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

- Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Experienced in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring the best outcomes for the company and the client.
- Market Analysis: Capable of conducting thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and convey insights to clients.
- Real Estate Law: Knowledgeable in relevant real estate laws and regulations to advise clients appropriately and avoid legal issues.
- Property Valuation: Able to accurately assess property values based on market conditions and other influencing factors.
- Contract Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating and finalizing sales and marketing contracts with a keen eye for detail.
