We are looking for a highly driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our marketplace operations across leading platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling both seller and vendor central models, managing end-to-end marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility, improving sales performance, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of cataloging, ads strategy, platform algorithms, and backend operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management: Own and manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Flipkart Vendor Hub. Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and stock accuracy across all listings.
  • Cataloging & Listings: Handle product listings, ensuring error-free uploads via Flat Files and manual interfaces. Maintain enriched and compliant product content. Address and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and violations promptly.
  • Content Optimization: Leverage Premium A+ Content and product page enhancements to improve conversions and user experience. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure visually appealing and informative product listings.
  • Advertising & Performance Marketing: Drive traffic and conversions using Amazon DSP ads and platform-specific paid media tools. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment and reduce stock-outs. Monitor orders, cancellations, and returns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversions, ACOS, suppression logs, listing health, and operational metrics. Provide actionable insights based on platform dashboards and internal tools.
  • Issue Resolution & Compliance: Proactively resolve platform escalations, account health issues, and performance alerts. Ensure listings and operations remain compliant with platform policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, tech, and design teams to ensure an integrated e-commerce strategy and seamless execution.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Hub
  • Proficient in Flipkart Seller Central and Flipkart Vendor Hub
  • Expertise in handling cataloging, listing optimization, and troubleshooting listing issues
  • Strong understanding of listing suppressions, reinstatement processes, and compliance management
  • Hands-on experience with Flat File listing uploads and bulk data handling
  • Knowledge of Premium A+ Content creation and optimization
  • Experience running and optimizing DSP ads and platform-specific paid marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketplace analytics dashboards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management
  • Prior experience in a high-growth D2C or e-commerce brand is preferred
