We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pool Attendant to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain the pool area, including cleaning and sanitizing the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, including supervising children and providing assistance to those with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and sanitation procedures is required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
