Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the pet food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned area, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy working with people, and are knowledgeable about the pet food market, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and execute sales tasks in Bengaluru and nearby markets.
- Identify, collect, and maintain retailers information to build long-term relationships.
- Assist in organising and executing promotional activities.
- Gather and report competitor insights, analyse sales trends.
- Follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful and responsible attitude.
- Adapt to challenges and handle work pressure effectively.
- Be available for weekend (Sunday) work if required for events or exhibitions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate degree (Full or Part time)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pet food industry.
- Strong adaptability, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinking and persuasive ability to influence potential customers.
- Highly responsible, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Familiarity with the pet food industry; candidates with existing retailers/wholesalers networks will be given preference.
