Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process improvements, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data from various sources to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-time right rate, defect rate, and customer complaints.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality principles, procedures, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management or related field.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.

Current designation should be as Manager Quality
