The Returns Associate must provide high-class financial transactions, we're looking for someone who can take on challenges. We're searching for a Return Associate who has worked on both Customer Services and as process associate and has a proven track record of success. Must be familiar with the Product Return Process. You must read the whole job description before applying for this position, this is an Onsite job in our resource center in Hyderabad India.

Responsibilities:

· Communicates the returns process with the customers, vendors, and employees and employees involved in the returns process.

  • Handling Assigned tickets
  • Typically reports to a Manager of a unit/department. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
  • Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes
  • Verify customer returns.
  • Verify the supplier.
  • Verify the cost, Wholesale price, Store credit, and Tax Refunds.
  • Audits all the returns processed, resolutions, credit amounts, and replacement orders.
  • Audits the claims we made with the suppliers.
  • Audit the purchase orders created.
  • Audit the claims we made with the vendors.
  • Audit the assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience working on Ecommerce process and platforms
  • Because of the job's nature, candidates must be comfortable using a variety of communication platforms like Zoho, , Skype, Zoom, Google meet, Google sheets, Excel etc.
  • Excellent time management abilities, including prioritizing, scheduling, and modifying as needed
  • Ability to work on numerous projects with high attention to details
  • Ability to produce quality work with high level of accuracy.
  • Understanding of product return process.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with customers, coworkers, and management,
  • Excellent Customer Services skills
  • Strong Data Entry and analytical skills.
  • Strong written or verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tackle the pressure situation
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service environment
  • Offshore, BPO or with US based company experience is required
  • Computer literacy, with a focus on word processing applications (particularly Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • The candidate needs to be highly organized and disciplined.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, terminologies used in return process

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or electronics.
  • Certification of using MS Office and Google sheets or a basic computer diploma is preferred
  • Diploma in ecommerce is preferred.
