As our Social Media Manager, you will 
script, manage, and drive the voice of Moonbet
 across all platforms, playing a central role in scaling us from launch → global brand.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning

  2. Own Moonbet's social media playbook across Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Telegram.

  3. Craft bold campaign ideas and hooks that match the high-energy degen culture.

  4. Maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, jackpots, and community activations.

  5. Content Scripting & Execution

  6. Write 
    killer scripts
     for reels, shorts, and creator briefs (hooks, transitions, CTAs).

  7. Collaborate with editors & designers to produce content that feels viral, not corporate.

  8. Review edits, enforce high standards, and ensure outputs are aligned with the Moonbet voice.

  9. Influencer & Creator Management

  10. Build a 
    micro-creator army
    : onboard, brief, and manage influencers globally.

  11. Supply them with scripts, overlays, and unique codes to maximize conversions.

  12. Ensure deliverables are timely, high-quality, and performance-tracked.

  13. Community & Brand Engagement

  14. Engage actively with comments, DMs, Telegram chats — make Moonbet feel alive.

  15. Run interactive activations: prediction polls, jackpot teasers, contests.

  16. Monitor sentiment and act fast on community signals.

  17. Analytics & Optimization

  18. Track KPIs: reach, engagement, virality, conversions, CPA.

  19. Run A/B tests on scripts, creatives, and formats.

  20. Optimize campaigns weekly based on hard data.

  21. Cross-Team Collaboration

  22. Work with Growth & Affiliate teams to align creator campaigns with referral systems.

  23. Sync with Product for timely launch promotions.
  24. Manage workflows with editors, video teams, and freelancers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years managing brand social accounts (gaming, crypto, fintech, entertainment ideal).
  • Proven scripting ability
     — writing viral hooks, captions, and briefs.
  • Experience working 
    directly with video editors, motion designers, and creators
    .
  • Deep understanding of 
    Reels/Shorts/TikTok culture
    .
  • Analytical mindset + creative flair.
  • Negotiation skills for creators & agencies.
  • Comfort with regulated industries (18+, disclaimers, compliance).

  • ROI of creator collaborations
  • Conversions/signups tracked via codes & UTMs
  • Speed of script → content → publish cycles
