Job Title: Demand Manager

Location: Kolkata

About the Role.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Demand Manager who will be responsible for generating demand, acquiring clients, and building strong business relationships. The role requires someone who is passionate about sales, confident in communication, and able to independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive offline sales through cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings to pitch and sell OYOs portfolio.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to expand demand opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new demand avenues, track competitor activities, and mine data for potential leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, closing deals, and ensuring client retention.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions from OYOs offerings.
  • Plan and execute efficient market visits across the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients/accounts.

Skills & Requirements.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with strong personal drive and accountability.
  • Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales from industries such as startups, FMCG, or telecom preferred.
  • Experience in field sales, distribution, or driving numbers in a target-driven environment is highly desirable.
