About the Role

We are looking for a 
Product Designer
 who is passionate about crafting meaningful, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the product development lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final UI design. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve real user problems and shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design process for features or product areas: research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and testing
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and deliver user-centered solutions
  • Translate user insights and business goals into elegant, functional interfaces
  • Create design systems, maintain consistency across platforms, and contribute to UI libraries
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate quickly
  • Present work to stakeholders and articulate design decisions clearly
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging best practices

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design (flex based on seniority)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and clean UI execution
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Framer, etc.)
  • Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development (a plus, not required)
  • Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment
  • Experience working with or building design systems
  • Understanding of user research methodologies and tools
