Role Description
This full-time, on-site Operations Manager role is based in Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, monitoring supply chain processes, improving operational workflows, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and quality measures. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including supply chain processes, production workflows, and budget management
- Proficiency in process optimization, resource planning, and implementing efficiency-driven solutions
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards in manufacturing environments
- Leadership and team-building skills to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or building materials sector is a plus
