Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in furniture sales and technical knowledge of doors, windows, and furniture materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our high-quality products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for doors, windows, and furniture solutions.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to pitch products.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Explain technical specifications of uPVC, aluminium, and wooden doors & windows to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in furniture sales/doors & windows industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of furniture materials, uPVC, aluminium, and wooden windows/doors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹15, ₹60,000.00 per month
