Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise vendors and service providers across multiple sites, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.

AMC & Documentation Control: Regulate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), maintain comprehensive site records, reports, and documentation for audits and operational transparency.

Society Formation Readiness: Facilitate society formation by coordinating with legal, administrative, and resident bodies to ensure smooth transition to resident management.

Operations & Maintenance Management: Lead facility operations to achieve efficiency, safety, and sustainability goals across residential and commercial assets.
