Hiring: Admission Officer – Sales & Marketing

Location: Aakash Institute, Jayanagar Branch

Aakash Institute (Jayanagar) is looking for a dynamic, smart and result-oriented Admission Officer – Sales & Marketing to join our team. If you have a passion for educational sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities

Handle student and parent counselling for admissions and course inquiries.

Conduct follow-ups, convert leads, and achieve monthly admission targets.

Visit nearby schools/colleges for promotional activities and relationship building.

Maintain strong connections with Principals, Owners, and Management of CBSE, ICSE schools and Science PU Colleges across Jayanagar & South Bangalore.

Support in marketing activities, seminars, school events, and centre-level branding.

Maintain daily reports and update the CRM system.

Work closely with the Branch Manager and contribute to overall branch performance.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Jayanagar and surrounding areas (8–10 km radius).

Fluent in Kannada and English – speaking and reading.

Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.

Background in educational or institutional sales is highly preferred.

Excellent convincing and communication skills.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing admissions.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Smart, confident, and well-presented individual with a go-getter attitude.

Quick learner with willingness to adapt to training and new processes.
