As an Admission Officer at NIHT Digital Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for handling inquiries over call, conducting informative consultations, and ensuring a smooth admission experience.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education and dedicated to helping students embark on a successful learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Calling & Outreach: Initiate and respond to calls from prospective students to inform them about NIHT’s programs, admissions process, and answer initial queries.

Conduct follow-up calls to engage leads, gauge their interest, and move them through the enrollment pipeline.

Information Sessions & Campus Tours: Organize and conduct information sessions and campus tours to familiarize prospective students with NIHT's facilities and offerings.

Sales & Outreach:Collaborate with the marketing team to drive outreach efforts, participating inseminars, webinars, and events to promote NIHT programs. Work towards enrollment targets by converting inquiries into successful admissions through personalized follow-ups

.2. Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, leads, and enrollments in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on admissions, tracking metrics such as conversion rates, student feedback, and lead generation sources.

3. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Maintain a network of contacts within schools, colleges, and related educational institutions for potential student referrals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

**Language : English, Hindi, Kannada**

1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Yearly bonus
