**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students on available courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career prospects.
- Maintain and update enquiry database on a regular basis.
- Assist in completing admission formalities, documentation, and fee collection.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Achieve admission and enrolment targets set by the management.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain professionalism during communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related areas).
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, or counselling (Education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student/parent queries with patience and clarity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
