**We Are Hiring - Admission Specialist (Female)**
Royale Concorde International School is seeking a **Female Admission Specialist** with excellent communication skills to join our team and lead student admissions.
**Position**: Admission Specialist (Female)
**Location**: Chamarajpet, Bangalore]
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
**Joining**: Immediate joiners preferred
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle student admission inquiries and provide accurate information to parents.
- Counsel parents regarding school programs, curriculum, and facilities.
- Guide parents smoothly through the admission process.
- Maintain admission records and follow up with prospective parents.
- Assist in achieving monthly/annual admission targets.
- Support in admission events, school visits, and promotional activities.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in admissions/counseling/BD in schools or education sector preferred.
- Confident, approachable, and target-driven.
- Ability to build rapport with parents and stakeholders.
