**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Career Pathway Support Team, ensuring high levels of engagement and support for students.
- Develop and implement conversion strategies and scripts to guide the team in assisting students with career and educational decisions.
- Handle VIP student inquiries, providing personalized, high-touch career support and guidance.
- Create and maintain process documentation for career pathway guidance and student engagement.
- Train and mentor the team of Career Pathway Support Executives on products, techniques, and best practices.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the Career Pathway Support Team, providing coaching to improve outcomes.
- Provide feedback to marketing and other teams on student concerns, objections, and insights to improve engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in career counseling, admissions, or student services.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on persuasion and engagement.
- Deep knowledge of higher education programs and the student decision-making process.
- Experience with CRM systems and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complex student inquiries.
- Background in educational sales or admissions is preferred.

**Key Performance Metrics**:

- Counselor satisfaction scores (feedback from team members on guidance and support).
- Student satisfaction ratings (feedback from students on the career pathway guidance).
- Process improvement implementation (success in optimizing career pathway strategies and practices).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
