We are Hiring for a **Office Executive Cum Admission**at CMR National PU BTM campus.
**Location**:
**CMR PU BTM**: 3rd Main, NS Palya Main Road, 2nd Stage, 2nd Cross Rd, Munivenkatppa Layout, Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of typical responsibilities:1. Front Office Management:

- Greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Handling mail, couriers, and other administrative tasks.

2. Admission Counseling:

- Providing detailed information about courses, programs, and admission requirements.
- Assisting applicants with completing and submitting admission forms.
- Counseling prospective students and parents on the admission process, entrance exams, and other related matters.
- Conducting campus tours and addressing inquiries.

3. Application Processing:

- Verifying required documents and ensuring timely submission.
- Following up with applicants to ensure all requirements are met.

4. Other Responsibilities:May involve recruiting staff, Developing and implementing HR policies, Participating in outreach activities like school fairs, and Collaborating with marketing and outreach teams. Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge of admission processes and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment or counseling can be beneficial.

**Languages must know**:
English - Read, write and speak.
Kannada - Read, write and speak.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
