Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university (Post-graduation desirable).

Age: 22 to 35 years

Experience: Freshers can apply

Desirable:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or office support is desirable (fresher candidates with strong skills will also be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and overall computer functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.

Role Summary:

The Admin Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of Indira University. The position ensures smooth operations by coordinating with various departments, maintaining records, and assisting in office management tasks. This role requires attention to detail, excellent computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities and provide support across departments.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage documents, reports, and records in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement as required.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Ensure smooth handling of communication within departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Support HR, Accounts, and other teams with data entry, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) in an organized manner.
  • Assist in planning and execution of university events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide general office support to ensure a professional and efficient working environment.

Salary: Upto 25000 per month
