HR Operations & Recruitment Executive

Role Overview Description

About SuperK

SuperK is building the next-generation retail chain for Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns through a franchise-led model. We partner with local entrepreneurs and enable them with the right tools, supply chain, and marketing support to run successful neighbourhood stores. As we scale across Andhra Pradesh, we are looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team and drive franchise acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle recruitment, especially for blue-collar workforce, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Manage the onboarding process and ensure smooth induction for all new hires.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.

Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale.

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and relations issues.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and necessary documentation.

Payroll & Benefits

Support payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.

Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure timely salary disbursement.

HR Policies & Vendor Management

Assist in implementing and updating HR policies in alignment with company goals.

Manage relationships with HR vendors, training providers, and recruitment agencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

36 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with blue-collar workforce exposure.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
